2025 Infiniti QX60 Redesign, Specs, Concept, and Price. QX60 is ready for the new generation. The mid-size premium crossover SUV is already old and such things are not easy to overcome in this segment. With sales going down, Nissan will have to do something with its luxury SUV. The 2025 Infiniti QX60 can still compete in the mid-size segment with three rows of seats, but it won’t last for too long. New Volvo XC90, BMW X5, Mercedes GLE, Cadillac XT6, are on the way. The 2025 YM is probably the last one we see for the first generation. From 2025 the next one will bring radical changes to the lineup.
The 2025 Infiniti QX60 is mostly unchanged compared to the previous edition. It adds the Limited trim level, and that is the biggest update. Few new colors will complete the list of changes for the current season. Fans put some hopes in PHEV engine, rumors didn’t come true. It leaver the QX60 with a single drivetrain. There are no too many options among trim levels with Pure and Luxe coming again as standard features. Limited model is not out yet, and we hope it will present some new features for this lineup.
2025 Infiniti QX60 Trim Levels
The 2025 Infiniti QX60 is available in two standard trim levels. Pure is the basic configuration that combines front-wheel drive, Infiniti Touch infotainment system, leatherette seats with heating for front row, and power rear liftgate. With this level, you will also get 18-inch wheels and intelligent wipers with sensors on windshield giving them commands. Inside, eight USB ports are part of the multimedia system.
The 2025 Infiniti QX60 Luxe model takes all the features available for the pure model. It adds a 13-speaker Bose audio system instead of a basic 6-speaker. Remote start is included, as well as the entry/exit assist for driver’s seat. Roof rails will make this version recognizable.
Premium model in the lineup is 2025 Infiniti QX60 Limited. Dark chrome finishes around grille and fog lights will definitely draw attention. Door moldings are also new. Glossy black paint is used for bumpers and roof rails with cross bars. Unique dark 20-inch wheels are upgraded you can’t miss. Interior will offer more leather and silver accents on the control panel. Contrast stitching and perforations are improving the overall premium impression the Limited model is offering. This model is positioned right under the new QX80 with its offer and pricing.
Competition
The 2025 Infiniti QX60 is losing the pace with its rivals. The best-selling vehicle in the lineup is coming from Nissan’s archrival, Toyota, and its premium Lexus branch. The RX is a versatile crossover SUV and not too many other models can fight it for dominance. We expected much more from QX60, at least to be on par with Acura MDX or Lincoln Aviator. Both SUVs are seven-seaters. Acura will offer the MDX with the hybrid engine next year. That is the major field where Infiniti is losing the battle. We can’t compare this vehicle with premium German SUVs since these are dictating the pace with luxury details, powerful drivetrains, and price.
2025 Infiniti QX60 Engine and Specs
The new 2025 Infiniti QX60 is using a 3.5-liter V6 engine. It is delivering 295 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The standard transmission for most Infiniti vehicles is a CVT. It is with QX60. This gearbox comes with a special feature called D-Step logic. Manual shifting becomes possible at the driver’s request. If you want more power, switch to Sport drive mode. Eco will save fuel, while the Snow mode provides better traction in combination with AWD. This is still an optional upgrade, while the front-wheel drive is default setup. The maximum towing capacity of the QX60 is 5,000 pounds.
When Will Hybrid Engine be Available?
We could expect this upgrade for the previous edition of the three-row SUV. No 2025, nor 2025 year model came with a hybrid drivetrain. This is now a big disappointment and the minus for the premium vehicle. Nissan, as a leader in a segment, is expected to keep the pace with the competition. Lexus RX and BMW X5 are taking control in the class, and Mercedes immediately responded with GLE plug-in hybrid. What’s more, German carmakers are offering performance-tuned luxury SUVs. Infiniti sticks to the base trim end engine. The lack of 2025 Infiniti QX60 hybrid will definitely affect sales, which are dropping every year.
How Much 2025 Infiniti QX60 Costs?
The entry-level model is the 2025 Infiniti QX60 Pure. It will come with a price tag of $44,500. If you want all-wheel drive it will cost you $2,000. The difference between Pure and Luxe model is the same. Luxe AWD is priced $48,200. Well, numerous packages are making up the lack of trim levels. Fully-loaded Luxe model can cost over $65,000. Limited edition is not out. Its price will be over all mentioned. This package is worth more than $5,000 in equipment.
