2025 Toyota Harrier Redesign, Engines, Specs, and Pictures. This mid-size crossover will be redesigned pretty soon and latest reports suggest this should happen already in the next year. We count on the 2025 Toyota Harrier to come completely new. If you’re not from Japan or few other Asian countries, you probably don’t know too much about this crossover.
It is a very luxurious vehicle, with many parts shared with the Lexus RX. Two models are mechanical very close and among a small group of Toyota models that still haven’t received a new platform. A soon redesign is close and we count on lots of interesting novelties.
Engines
We don’t expect to see too many changes under the hood of 2025 Toyota Harrier. Unlike the RX, this crossover relies on smaller and more efficient four-cylinder units. Base models should continue with a familiar 2.0-liter turbo-four, which is good for about 235 horsepower.
Of course, this redesign could bring a few revisions to the engine, so we could easily see some nice power boots. Count on a hybrid version. The current version combines a 2.5-liter gasoline engine with a couple of electric motors. It is pretty much the same system that can be found in the new Camry, which delivers around 205 horsepower and offers a pretty amazing fuel economy.

Exterior
The current generation of this crossover is on the market since 2013. These reports about the completely redesigned 2025 Toyota Harrier sound very likely. At this point, we can say for sure that the new generation will come with completely new mechanics.
Of all, this would mean adoption of a new TNGA architecture, which brings weight savings, improved dynamics and better overall efficiency. Of course, count on new aesthetics. Unlike in North America, luxury models in Japan don’t wear Lexus badge and as a luxurious vehicle, the Harrier doesn’t follow design language of either Lexus or Toyota.
We expect that the 2025 Toyota Harrier will continue with its distinctive styling approach, of course in a completely new way.
Interior
As we already mentioned, this is a luxury crossover. Count of lots of great things on the inside of the 2025 Toyota Harrier. The overall cabin layout will definitely remain the same. Count on three rows of seats. One of the aspects that leave space for improvement is the third row, which is currently a little bit tight.
Of course, count of new dashboard design, full of quality soft-touch materials and plenty of standard equipment. The last one particularly refers to tech and safety features.
2025 Toyota Harrier Release Date and Price
The 2025 Toyota Harrier should arrive in the second half of next year. The more precise date is yet to be announced. When it comes to the price, the new model should be more expensive than the current version, which starts at around $35,000.
